Once you have lodged your claim online, Certified Diamond Insurance will liaise with your choice of jeweller, the underwriters and YOU to make the replacement process as quick and easy as possible.
In most cases, once the online application process is completed, which typically for items between $5,000AUD and $40,00AUD takes around 5 minutes, you are instantly covered. This can be done instore or online through the Certified Diamond Insurance website.
Yes you do! As part of the additional benefits when insuring with a Certified Diamond Insurance policy you have the choice of jeweller option. This will enable you to go back to your original Jeweller and have them replicate the original piece.
